Public health inspectors from York Region’s YorkSafe inspection program issued four tickets in Unionville under the provincial Health Protection and Promotion Act. The restaurants charged with violations under the Act will still be able to bring their operations into compliance.

This disciplinary action against the food service facilities is more of a warning (with penalty) with an opportunity to pass their health and safety inspections.

Check out the article in the Markham Economist & Sun for a full list of the restaurants charged.
