The City of Mississauga, home to six provincial ridings, is holding a public meeting May 17 to ensure key stakeholders are aware of its priorities. These include public transit, sustainable infrastructure and affordable housing of which a partnership with the province is crucial.

The invite to the event reads: “Mississauga Matters in the 2018 Provincial Election – Find out Why”, and local candidates, residents, business and community groups will be able to do so.

 

Janice Baker, City Manager and Chief Administrative Officer will speak at the event taking place at the Mississauga Civic Centre, Great Hall, 6:00 to 8:00 pm.
